Shipping Policy

How quickly your fizz reaches you, and what it costs.

1. Shipping Coverage

SatyaTerra currently ships across India. We deliver to all serviceable pincodes covered by our logistics partners. If your pincode is not serviceable, our system will let you know at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. All prices and shipping fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within the following windows:

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays. Timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may vary due to factors outside our control (see Section 8).

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email and SMS notification when your order is dispatched, including the tracking link.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed Indian logistics partners including (but not limited to) Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, and Ecom Express. The specific carrier assigned to your order depends on your pincode and the most efficient route.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order in two ways:

  • Click the tracking link in the dispatch email/SMS we send you.
  • Log in to your account page to see all your orders and statuses.

The Razorpay payment ID and our internal order number (e.g. ST-2026-XXXX) are your primary references for any support queries.

7. Delivery

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
  • The courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel.
  • You may be asked to provide an OTP or sign for the delivery — this is a standard verification by the courier.
  • If you suspect tampering or damage at the time of delivery, you may refuse the parcel and contact us within 24 hours.

8. Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, the following events can cause delays for which SatyaTerra is not directly responsible:

  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events affecting logistics.
  • Government-mandated lockdowns, curfews, or restrictions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Customer being unavailable at the delivery address despite repeated attempts.
  • Local public holidays or strikes.
  • Customs or regulatory inspections (if applicable).

If your order is delayed beyond the upper estimated window by more than 3 working days, please email care@satyaterra.in and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

9. International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. We're working on it — drop your email on the homepage newsletter to be notified when international shipping is available.
